Insert a new evangelist.
This API endpoint allows to insert a new evangelist. This API implements the evangelist creation process.

Creates a new evangelist entity with the provided information including code, nickname, location, and tenant.
Validates request parameters and ensures all required fields are present before creation.
Automatically assigns creation timestamps and audit information for tracking purposes.
Supports multi-tenant architecture through tenant identification in the evangelist entity.
Enables tracking of evangelist performance and member acquisition metrics through the platform.
